Johann Lafers Stromburg

"The Stromburg" is less than 30 minutes by helicopter from Frankfurt, and also convenient to Wiesbaden and Mainz. Idylically embedded in the leafy green landscape of Soonwald Forest, it towers above the mediaeval town of Stromberg am Hunsrück, not far from the UNESCO World Heritage sites of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley. A wonderful place to fly.

From 1 October 2020, the Egelsbach-based flight service provider Heli Transair will take over the helicopter company Rotorflug from Friedrichsdorf. Heli Transair will then become the only shareholder of Rotorflug, which specializes primarily in commercial flight.
